What areas do you cover?
A. We deliver in the following areas: Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside County, Ventura County and San Bernardino County.
Do you guarantee your distribution? A.Yes, 95% of it. What we mean by 95% is that there is a possibility that there will be an occasional missed street or cul-de-sac when distributing your advertisement. Our intention is to completely saturate the areas that you choose. The industry standard allows for a 5% margin of error.
Do you have a minimum number of pieces required for delivery? A.Yes. Our standard minimum is 5,000 pieces. In some cases we can deliver as few as 2,500 pieces. This will be determined based on location.
How long does it take to print my materials? A.In most cases it takes 5 business days. For RUSH printing (2 days) there will be a Rush charge.
How do I know that you will deliver all of my printed materials? A.We provide GPS Tracking and have Supervisors overseeing the entire distribution.
Do you hire illegals or homeless people to distribute my materials? A.No, all of our distributors are pre-screened, trained and American citizens.
What are your payment terms?
A. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. All credit card payments have an additional fee of 4% to cover the costs from our Merchant Services.
Why is there an additional service charge for credit card payments? A. Because FlyerSmart has the lowest prices in Southern California for its distribution services there is very little room left for the Company. This 4% margin simply covers what we have to pay our credit card merchant services and transaction fees.
Do your delivery people wear uniforms? A. All our distributors will be wearing FlyerSmart delivery bags and look professional at all times.
Can you deliver materials that I have already had printed? A.Yes, we can even stop by your office and pick them up if someone is available.
Do you deliver to apartments? A.Yes. We deliver to apartment complexes almost daily.
What type of response should I expect from my delivery campaign? A.We cannot guarantee any response from your advertisement. Our only job is to make sure that we get them on the doors. I can tell you that door hangers and flyers are the fastest way to reach your customer and the majority of our customers come back again and again!
